At Ladies First Online Bazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
How to Return: Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order details and photos of the item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer.
Exchange: We offer free exchange if the wrong item was delivered or if the item is defective.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
